Shipping policy

Turnaround Time

• Custom Orders: Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be designed, created, and prepared for pickup or shipping. Larger or bulk orders may take additional time.
• Boutique Items: In-stock boutique items typically ship within 2–4 business days.
• Shipping: Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.
• If you need your order by a specific date, please message us before placing your order. I’ll do my best to accommodate rush requests whenever possible.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.
• Kayela’s Custom Boutique LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier issues once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Local Pickup

• Local pickup is available in Sweet Home, Oregon.
• Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
